With more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, recruiting strategy, and federal contracting, Kellie J. Somerville founded The Somerville Talent Group to deliver a more intentional, relationship-driven approach to recruiting.
Her professional experience spans executive and leadership recruitment, strategic workforce planning, corporate recruiting, cleared and specialized candidate searches, and mission-critical hiring. She understands the realities of contract-driven recruiting, including competitive talent markets, specialized requirements, and time-sensitive staffing needs.
As Managing Director, Kellie guides TSTG’s strategic direction and client engagement, with an emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, trust, and lasting results.
